Foot Rodeo
You will look those steers right in the eye as you try to separate your team’s color from the rest of the herd. This has been the premier team-building event and a highlight for those groups that choose to attempt it. Teams of 8 to 10 individuals come face-to-face with the challenge of out-thinking three steers and getting them out of the herd- it’s not as easy as it looks!

Arrest – A – Guest / Trail ride Holdup & Kidnapping
Have your boss or fellow employee arrested by our wranglers. Your guest will have a blast trying to gather money or points to free them from mock jail cell (works best with Cowboy Games). Wanted Poster (Color 18″x24″) souvenir and additional group handouts (Black & White 8.5″x11″) available with 3 week lead time with 5-6 funny facts about the bandit to be arrested along with head and shoulder photo. Have a couple of bandits in your group, no problem!

Bucking Bull Rodeo (for approx 30 mins or 45 mins)
Grand entry presentation to National Anthem with girl on horse with American Flag. 7 bucking bulls and rodeo music/announcer. This activity happens at KOLI arena area only. Guests standing around arena to watch event.Includes rider intro of VIP on horse and rodeo riders.

Branding Ceremony
Includes 1 Small Branding Iron (Three to four week notice to make custom Irons like your company logo or trademark) and leather pieces for group to brand after short branding presentation. Cost higher for larger or more detailed irons. This takes place around a fire pit.

Goat Dressing (two or four goats)
The Goat Dressing activity would take place in our arena. We would provide two goats to be dressed at a time so that two teams can race against each other. Each team would be two people (one to hold the goat and the other to dress). This would be a timed event on how long it takes for the winner to complete the task. Our wranglers keep track of the time and announce the winner at the end. Plan approx 3-5 mins per round. If you want another set of goats, our arena is large enough.

Wagon or Horseback Ride & Dine’s (15 Person min)
Get your little doggies round up and head out on the trail. Check out all the beautiful scenery that Gila River has to offer, then return for your special Cowboy Cookout (variety of menus like Cattleman’s Ribeye Steak & Chipotle Chicken, Sweet Tea Pork Chops, Traditional Native American meal, as well as our Wrangler’s Lunch of hamburgers and hot doggies straight from the mesquite wood fire grille with all the fixins).
This is an excellent way to end the day in beautiful surroundings by having a great horseback trail ride (or wagon ride) then eating in peace. Watch our head cook and bottle washer fix up a meal over the fire that everyone is sure to remember!

Clear bulbs strung from middle of first pavilion out to corners of the other two pavilions with center string over the main lawn area. This includes setup and striking. Second set over north lawn(game) area from north pavilion to north building.

Please note we will extend an additional discount for booking a combination of: Wagons, Games and Horseback riding for a group.
Contracts must be signed and returned to guarantee events ASAP. Events not guaranteed without a returned contract AND ANY DEPOSIT REQUIRED IS PAID with Credit Card to secure date. We need with your final numbers no later than 5 days prior to an event date and you will be required to pay amount due at that time. No cancelation or refunds are provided after the guaranteed date.
Please note:
- All horseback riders must have a completed waiver turned in on the day of ride (NO Exceptions).
- FOR 2024 Children should be over the age of 7 and they must also have a completed waiver by their legal guardian or parent in order to ride (NO Exceptions). All minors are required to wear a helmet. This is for the safety of the minors on a larger size group.
- Jeans and closed toed shoes (no sandals, flip flops, high heels / high heeled boots or croc’s) are highly recommended for a safe and enjoyable ride.
- Koli does not allow more than 1 person per horse (No double Riding).
- Koli cannot overload wagons and therefore there is a 25 person maximum per load.
- Events are subject to weather permitting as we are an outdoor venue.
- There is a contract minimum of $100 regardless of what services are used and is separate of any set-up/delivery/recovery fees.
- All rating subject to current Tribal Sales Tax and Gratuity.
- Payment is required 5 days prior to event by company check or credit card.
