the best horseback riding experience of greater phoenix

It was me and my friends first time visiting koli equestrian center and they went above and beyond giving us a great first experience. The check-in process was super smooth. We were helped guided on our ride by Colton and he made the experience easy to check , gave good instruction, very kind and had good conversation with our group and even took pictures for us! Ending the ride we got margaritas after and met Matt and Ray . Who were also very welcoming, gave fun facts and history of koli equestrian center. Over all we had an amazing time and will be going back !

We had a very nice ride with Matthew. The horses seemed well-cared for and we're easy to ride. The desert landscape was beautiful and it was a great 90 minutes! Matthew was a fun guide with lots of stories about the land and the horses!

Ray and Buffalo were such excellent guides. I recommend booking a ride—very nice horses and property. I actually became nauseous and needed their help while on the ride. They couldn't have handled it more quickly and professionally. Be sure to hydrate before the ride. I was advised of this upon booking, but I did not follow the instructions. Do not hesitate to book a riding adventure with this company!

We went early morning for the sunrise ride in late October. The weather was a bit cold until the sun came up, so I'd suggest layering up if you go that time of year. Our guide, Robert, was awesome! He kept the ride fun and shared a lot of interesting facts. The whole experience was excellent! I'd absolutely do this again the next time I visit.

The staff were very professional and accommodating. Throughout the ride the Cowboy Nate was amazing; he made sure everyone was safe and narrated a little bit about the area and his love for horses. He offered to take pictures along the ride and after the ride of individuals/couples with their horse. We did the Margarita Sunset ride and saw a beautiful sunset, followed by chips and salsa with a Margarita.
